Slow would be a step up from what it currently is. Getting what I ordered would be great as well. Sitting in drive through for 10 minutes waiting to be served till I had to ask a staff memeber that was outside what was happening, she said "Oh we have no drive thru, OMG look at all the cars...ooooh" would have been nice to be told...things happen but communicate them to your customers.
